Dog Daycare Policies

- First Day Assessment time between 10 am to 3 pm (minimum 3 hours)
- Please ensure all dogs are on leash upon pick up and drop off, including in the lobby and in the parking lot
- If your dog is showing any signs of illness (diarrhea, vomiting, coughing, etc) please let us know and keep him/her at home until symptoms subside.
- All daycare packages have a validity of 60 days (except Unlimited pass)
- Unlimited pass is valid for 30 days. (if they are purchased on Jan 10, they will be valid until Feb 10)
- Absolutely no refunds or exchanges on daycare passes. All packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Passes only apply to those dogs they were purchased for.
- Choke, prong, and electric collars are not permitted on the premises.
- Although it is supervised play, the unpredictable can occur at any time and your dog(s) may still acquire an occasional nip or scratch. Should serious injury occur, owners will be notified immediately. Any vet bills are the responsibility of the owner.
- Please ensure that you dog’s nails are maintained regularly to prevent scratches.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
Dog Overnight Stay Policies

- Please ensure all dogs are on leash upon pick up and drop off, including in the lobby and in the parking lot.
- Choke, prong, and electric collars are not permitted on the premises.
- Please ensure that you dog’s nails are maintained regularly to prevent scratches.
- If your dog is showing any signs of illness (diarrhea, vomiting, coughing, etc) please let us know and keep him/her at home until symptoms subside.
- We are not able to accept dogs without seeing proof of vaccines. Please either bring them with you upon drop off or email/upload them ahead of time.
- All reservations are confirmed only after payment in full ahead of the stay. Purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable due to cancelations or no shows.
- Cancellations due to unforeseen or emergency situations may be eligible for a full credit towards future stays outside of peak periods.

Dog Health Requirements

- All dogs must have up to date vaccinations and owners must provide vaccination certificates.
- Please let the office staff know if your dog has any health issues or concerns, whether suspected or confirmed by a Veterinarian. We must be notified of any contagious diseases or parasites so that we can issue proper precautions to all dog owners.
- Puppies must be over 12 weeks old and have at least had their second set of vaccines.
- We can only accept vaccination records/certificates from a licensed Veterinarian. Titer tests are accepted.

WHAT TO BRING
All dogs over 8 months of age must be spayed or neutered
- Adults:
- Required: Rabies and Distemper Combo (DHPP) and Bordetella (Canine Cough) Vaccine.
- Highly Recommended (but not required): A lice/mite prevention (such as Revolution). Please discuss these with your veterinarian.
- Puppies:
- Required before attending: Pups over 16 weeks must have at least 2 sets of the distemper/parvo combo listed above as well as the Rabies vaccine.
* We accept titer tests as proof of immunity.*
All dogs must also be on a flea and tick prevention program from April to November.
- Your dog’s dry food in separate sealed baggies per meal.
- Any medication with clear instructions.
- We will provide all toys and premium bedding at no additional cost.
Cat Daycare Policies

- Carrier : Please transport your cat in a secure carrier for their safety and the safety of other animals. If you don't have one, we have a limited number of carriers available for use.
- Food : Bring enough of your cat's usual food for their entire stay to maintain their regular diet and avoid any tummy troubles. Please label the container or bag clearly with your cat's name and feeding instructions (amount in cups is preferred).
- Additional Food : While we encourage you to bring enough food for your cat's stay, if you run out, we're happy to provide our high-quality cat food for $5 per meal (both dry and wet options available).

All cats over 6 months of age must be spayed or neutered
- Adults:
- Required: Feline Combo (FVRCP) and Rabies.
- Recommended (but not required): Feline Leukemia (FeLV).
- We will accept titer tests to prove immunity.
- Kittens:
- Required before attending: At least 2 sets of vaccinations including Rabies.
- We will accept titer tests to prove immunity.
All cats must be in good overall health and free of any contagious diseases.
We require a $200 deposit per cat or payment in full for stays exceeding 5 days. Your deposit will be applied to your final bill, and any unused portion will be refunded upon pick-up. Please pre-pay or provide a valid credit card on file to secure your cat's reservation.
