A Day in the Life of Your Dog at Pet Paradise

Early Bird Arrivals
Your pup settles in, stows their belongings, and gets acquainted with the morning crew.
9:00AM
Breakfast & Potty Time
Sunshine, fresh air, some goodmorning treats and introductions to the playmates for the day with lots of cuddles from the care givers.
9:30AM
Post-Breakfast Relaxation
A chance to digest and unwind before the day's adventures begin.
11:00AM
Morning Mayhem!
At 9.30 our reception closes and the playtime fun begins. The fun starts as your pup joins their playmates for an energetic session of climbing, chasing, toys, tunnels and tugs.
12:00PM
Cuddle & Cool-Down Time
Time for praise, cuddles, and treats as your doggo takes a break before afternoon naps.
2:00PM
Treats & Siesta
A delicious treat and a well-deserved nap in our climate-controlled haven.
4:30PM
Playtime, Puzzles, & Pampering
The afternoon brings a more relaxed pace of play, with enrichment activities like tug-of-war, bubbles, and sniffing adventures. Pamper Pack and Unlimited Pass pups enjoy special time in the Enrichment Room with exciting games and challenges.
6:30PM
Homeward Bound (for Daycare Pups)
Daycare dogs start heading home with wagging tails and happy hearts.
7:00PM
Settling In for the Night
Overnight caregivers will clean and ready the suites for pups staying with us, serve dinner, and finish other cleaning duties.
Lights Out!
The front desk closes. Pups staying over will continue playing/relaxing. They will be relieved before being tucked in by their overnight caregiver.

Front Desk Hours & Late Pick-up Policy
Our front desk is open until 7:00 PM. We understand that unexpected delays can happen, so if you’re running late, please give us a call and we’ll do our best to accommodate your schedule.
- Please note : A $10 late fee will be applied for every 15 minutes past 7:00 PM.
- If you’re running more than 45 minutes late for pick-up, rest assured your pet will be treated to a cozy sleepover with all the comforts of home.
- Please note that our boarding rates and any applicable additional charges (late fee, food, etc.) will be applied to ensure your furry friend receives the best possible care.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a smooth pick-up/drop-off process for all our furry guests.
