While we typically don’t allow cats from different households to play together for their safety, we ensure each feline guest receives plenty of individual attention and playtime in our engaging cat room. Our space features plenty of toys, cat trees, an interactive cat TV, and large windows for hours of feline fun!

We maintain impeccable cleanliness throughout the day, ensuring litter pans, bedding, and common areas are fresh and hygienic. Whether you need cat boarding or daycare in Edmonton, your feline friend will be pampered and cared for at Pet Paradise.

Front Desk Hours & Late Pick-up Policy:

Our front desk is open until 7:00 PM. We understand that unexpected delays can happen, so if you’re running late, please give us a call and we’ll do our best to accommodate your schedule.

Please note: A $10 late fee will be applied for every 15 minutes past 7:00 PM.
If you're running more than 45 minutes late for pick-up, rest assured your pet will be treated to a cozy sleepover with all the comforts of home.
Please note that our boarding rates and any applicable additional charges (late fee, food, etc.) will be applied to ensure your furry friend receives the best possible care.

Need a different time?

We offer flexible and extended hours for pick up & drop-off times for overnight boarding. If your pet needs to be picked up or dropped off outside of regular hours, please give us a call ahead of their stay to see if we can accommodate your request.

Extended Hours for Cat Boarding Drop-Off & Pick-Up Hours:

At Pet Paradise, we understand that your schedule may not always align perfectly with standard business hours. That’s why we offer flexible and extended options for cat overnight boarding drop-off and pick-up:

Early Drop-off:

Weekdays: Before 6.30 AM (No earlier than 5.30 AM)
Saturdays: Before 9.00 AM (No earlier than 8.00 AM)

Note: Additional $10 fee per cat will be applied for early drop-off.

Late Drop-off:

Weekdays: 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Saturdays: 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM

Note: Additional $10 fee per cat will be applied for late drop-off.

Late Pick-Up:

Pick up is available anytime before 11 AM. However, if your schedule requires a later pick-up, we’re happy to extend your cat’s stay with our daycare services. A daycare charge of $2.00 per cat, per hour will apply after 11:00 AM.

Note: In emergency or short-notice situations, we will do our best to accommodate your needs if your cat is friendly and well-suited to our environment. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly to discuss your specific situation.

What to bring for Cat Daycare/Boarding:

Carrier: Please transport your cat in a secure carrier for their safety and the safety of other animals. If you don’t have one, we have a limited number of carriers available for use.
Food: Bring enough of your cat’s usual food for their entire stay to maintain their regular diet and avoid any tummy troubles. Please label the container or bag clearly with your cat’s name and feeding instructions (amount in cups is preferred).
Additional Food (Optional): While we encourage you to bring enough food for your cat’s stay, if you run out, we’re happy to provide our high-quality cat food for $5 per meal (both dry and wet options available).

NOTE: We are not able to accept cats without seeing proof of vaccines. Please either bring them with you upon drop off or email/upload them ahead of time.

Requirements for Cat Daycare/Boarding (Overnight Stay):

All feline guests must be up to date with the following vaccinations administered by a veterinarian:

Adults:

Required: Feline Combo (FVRCP) and Rabies.
Recommended (but not required): Feline Leukemia (FeLV).
We will accept titer tests to prove immunity.

Kittens:

Required before attending: At least 2 sets of vaccinations.
Not required for kittens under 16 weeks old: Rabies Vaccine.
We will accept titer tests to prove immunity.

Spay/Neuter:
All cats over 6 months of age must be spayed or neutered.

Health:
Your cat must be in good overall health and free of any contagious diseases.

Deposit/Payment:
We require a $200 deposit per cat or payment in full for stays exceeding 5 days. Your deposit will be applied to your final bill, and any unused portion will be refunded upon pick-up. Please pre-pay or provide a valid credit card on file to secure your cat’s reservation.
